At Zanak, we craft every piece with intention, care, and certified materials. Our jewellery is designed to be worn, lived in, and carry presence — not sit in a box. To honour that commitment, we offer a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty on all products covering specific craftsmanship issues.

What This Warranty Covers

Your Zanak product is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery against:

✅ Manufacturing defects — issues arising from faulty workmanship
✅ Broken or loose mechanisms — such as clasps, closures, or structural breaks
✅ Defects in material or finish — imperfections that occur under normal use

This warranty ensures that the piece you received matches our quality standards and performs as it should when worn in everyday life.

What’s Not Covered

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

❌ Damage due to misuse, accidents, dropping, or external force
❌ Damage caused by improper handling, altering, swimming, or repairs by third parties
❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor dents, tarnish over time)
❌ Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or extreme moisture
❌ Loss or theft

These situations are considered user-induced and are not eligible for warranty claims.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Zanak product has a valid issue under warranty, here’s how to request support:

  2. Share your order ID, product name, and photos/videos showing the issue clearly
  3. Our team will assess the defect and respond with further instructions

Important: For all warranty claims, we may request photos, videos, or additional details to verify the issue. Providing clear evidence helps us process your request faster.

How We Resolve a Warranty Claim

Once your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following at our discretion:

🔹 Free repair of the defective area
🔹 Replacement of the product (if repair isn’t possible)
🔹 Store credit toward another product when replacement is unavailable

We strive to resolve warranty issues quickly, with minimal hassle, and always in line with Zanak’s quality and design integrity.

Return or Exchange vs Warranty

Please note:

  • This 6-month warranty is separate from our standard return/exchange policy.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it is not a return for change of mind.
  • Exchanges are available for damaged products received upon delivery only (proof required).
