7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return and refund policy — because your comfort matters.
Note: This does not apply to customized products.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged, and refund will be processed once we receive the item.
If your jewellery arrives in perfect condition but isn’t quite what you hoped for, we’re happy to help you exchange it.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged, and the replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item.
- Refunds are not provided after 7 days.
Lab-Grown Diamond Products Policy
- No Return Policy: Lab-grown diamond products are not eligible for returns once purchased.
- Exchange Only: Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- Mandatory Proof: An unboxing or opening video is required as proof for any exchange requests.
- Without this video, the exchange request may be denied.
- All exchanges must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.
In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
We’re really sorry if your jewellery arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
To qualify:
- Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at info@zanak.co or WhatsApp us with clear, real, and unedited photos/videos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll initiate the refund or replacement promptly.
Important Notes
- Returns without proper proof of damage may be denied.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
