• Dispatch Timeline: Orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM are shipped the next working day.
• Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 working days.

Customized Orders

• Dispatch Timeline: Customized product orders are shipped within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery Time: Custom orders are delivered within 5–10 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping

• Dispatch Timeline: All international orders are shipped the next day.
• Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 7–20 working days, depending on the destination.

Order Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be requested before the order has been shipped; cancellations will not be accepted.
